REFUND & RETURN POLICY — ODE TO FARM

We want you to love your Ode to Farm products. Due to the nature of skincare and personal-use items, please review the following policy.

SECTION 1: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are topical, natural, and personal-use items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
This policy ensures product integrity, hygiene, and customer safety.

SECTION 2: DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or a missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

SECTION 3: LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Once a package is handed to the courier, delays are beyond our control.
If your package appears lost, email us and we will help initiate an investigation with the carrier.

SECTION 4: REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
